Procreate users almost always have their iPads on them but not their laptops. This is because iPads are lighter, smaller, and faster to use. When an idea pops up, all they have to do is use their Apple pen to make a quick sketch on a new canvas in Procreate. This situation can also occur while engaging in a group project/ activity. However, when files are exported and edited by a member of the group afterwards, the edits are not updated for the rest. If Procreate is a key source to brainstorming and developing an idea, an undeveloped sharing system can cause miscommunication and slow work flow.

The growing popularity of Procreate allowed us to realize the inconvenience of the app’s sharing system regarding exporting and importing files. The system is also quite underdeveloped when it comes collaborative activity such as multiple users working collectively on the same project. The growing frustration led to us devising and developing this idea.
